Art Builds Community (ABC) is a youth based organization that hires, teaches and leads teen artists in creating public murals throughout Boston. We are passionately committed to:

•creating more jobs for artists

•teaching the visual arts to teen youth

•enriching urban environments with public art.

We have designed ABC’s programming to accomplish these goals simultaneously. Through the creation of public art we have the opportunity to teach teen youth with a hands-on approach while creating jobs for artists who want to work with teens, all while bringing beauty into neighborhoods that greatly appreciate it.
